The hall will be equipped with an exhibition table, chairs, audio-visual equipment and wall screen. There will be room for 40 people.
Use of the hall will be subject to availability, charged at a reasonable rate, in 30-minute sessions, which will finish at the programmed time. The price per session will be 100 € for each 30-minute module. (plus 16% VAT).
Reservation and payment should be made in advance. Those made before the 24th of August will be included in the official programme and this web page.
The organisation will collaborate in these programmed sessions but are not responsible for their success.
