• With this kind of module the organisation will provide the exhibitor with the precise amount of space required, without limits. • The exhibitor will have a module wall of at least 100 x 250 cm. With a desk of 100 x 50 x 90 cm. (see attached photo) • The unit will be completed
with a chair, an electricity point (220v), a desk lamp (100w), a
sign with name and place of origin of exhibitor, a description card
of the innovation and a list of business contacts. |
• Packaging, tools, spare parts and various equipment can be kept, out of sight behind the counter.
• Additionally, depending on the size of the prototype or model, the exhibitor will have sufficient space (square or linear metres) provided this has been clearly detailed in the form “Innovation Information”
• The exhibitor will get an accreditation badge and will be able to take part in al the activities programmed by the organisation.
o The registration fee for 1 innovation is 245 €
o The registration fee for 2 innovations is 420 €
• Registrations made before the 1st of August will be entitled to 10% discount on the registration fee (before applying any other possible discount for belonging to an inventors club or association). In other words, registrations made before this date will be:
o Registration fee for 1 innovation is 220,50€
o Registration fee for 2 innovations is 378 €
• Exhibitors, for the « modular space » only, affiliated to a club or association for inventors – properly registered – will receive a 15 € discount.
• 7% VAT will be added in all cases
• For more than 2 innovations the «stand» module is recommended.

• This option is strongly recommended for those exhibitors with more than 2 innovations. It is also the best option for companies and institutions. • With this option you have your own stand within an area of 9 m2 (3 x 3 metres). The perimeter wall space will be 6 or 9 lineal metres approximately, whether it is a corner location or not. (see attached photo) |
• The stand will have its own lighting (400w), power point, two counters/desks, two chairs, signage on the frontal exterior (and sides if in corner) of the stand with the commercial name of the exhibitor. There will also be written information with the exhibitor’s name and place of origin, a card describing the innovation and a list of business contacts
• The total registration fee, with a «stand», is 610 € (plus 7% VAT).
• Registrations made before the 1st of August will be entitled to a 10% discount (549 €), plus 7% VAT.
• The registration includes the total number of innovations presented. The exhibitor will receive an accreditation badge and will be able to take part in all the activities programmed by the organisation.
