• Only patents or utility models which have not as yet been commercialised or have been commercialised for the first time during this year will be accepted for registration.

• No innovations which have been exhibited in previous editions of Galáctica, will be accepted unless incorporating a new component or distinct development.

• The ideas exhibited must be presented in model, prototype or audio-visual form. Only through consultation with the organisation management may ideas be presented in graphic support form (plans, diagrams...)

• The management of Galáctica 2006 reserve the right not to admit innovations which are contrary to the general interests of the exhibitors or in any way detrimental to the fare’s image.
